PLANNING AND POLICY REGULATION OFFICE

The Planning and Policy Regulation Office is a specialized unit tasked with developing near-term and long-term technical and technological policies and directions aimed at ensuring the reliable operation and improving the efficiency of the district heating network. It is responsible for optimally planning heat distribution and key technical-economic indicators; managing the heating network’s hydraulic and temperature regimes, adjustments, balancing, major repairs, technical organization, capital investments, technological upgrades, automation projects; planning and implementing these activities; preparing working drawings and projects for heating pipelines; performing regime adjustments and balancing for large industrial and service facilities’ heating systems; and organizing the implementation of projects and programs.
