MONITORING DEPARTMENT

The Monitoring Department operates with a staff of 4 employees in the following positions:

• Department Head
• Occupational Safety and Health Engineer
• Economist
• Technical Control Engineer

It serves as the company’s supervisory unit responsible for ensuring reliable operations by establishing conditions in full compliance with the laws, rules, regulations, norms, and standards enforced in Mongolia; improving the quality and efficiency of works and services; enforcing adherence to standards, norms, and normative requirements; monitoring the implementation of Government resolutions and the obligations assigned by law to economic entities and organizations; overseeing the transmission, distribution, and sales of district heating energy, as well as the quality of services; labor conditions, occupational safety, and hygiene requirements; compliance with the company’s internal labor regulations; registration, accounting, operation, and protection of property; financial accounting activities; and the implementation of energy conservation measures.
