Following the dissolution of residential housing management companies in 1999, the company assumed responsibility for distribution pipelines up to building inlets, heat substations, hot water preparation equipment, and associated pipeline maintenance previously under those entities.
In addition, the company oversees the operational condition and maintenance of customer-owned assets, including 57,116 meters of distribution pipelines and 1,764 building heat inlets.
Darkhan Heating Network SOJSC annually procures an average of 647,000–662,000 Gcal of thermal energy, distributing it to consumers and generating annual sales revenue of approximately MNT 12.5–13.0 billion.
To ensure the reliable operation of Darkhan city’s heating supply system, the company invests an average of MNT 1.5 billion annually in maintenance and modernization works.
