ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
The Administration and Management Department is directly subordinate to the Executive Director and serves as the primary management and organizational unit responsible for ensuring leadership in management within the framework of the company’s operational strategy and objectives. Its core functions include: developing human resource policies; improving the organizational structure and salary/wage framework; ensuring labor relations; enhancing employees’ professional qualifications and skills through training and development; planning and addressing employees’ health and social issues; implementing laws and regulations; handling labor discipline matters; organizing the company’s information and public relations activities; ensuring the implementation of official documentation procedures; and promoting a culture of occupational health and hygiene within the organization.
The department is staffed with 10 positions, consisting of:
- Department Head
- Senior Specialist in charge of Human Resources and Internal Affairs
- Training Engineer
- Legal Advisor
- Marketing Specialist
- Archivist Specialist
- Hygienist / Junior Physician
- Executive Assistant to the Director
- Secretary
- Service Staff (Cleaner/Helper)
The Administration and Management Department carries out its activities in accordance with the laws and regulations of Mongolia, the company’s Charter, the Internal Labor Regulations, the Regulation of the Administration and Management Department, the Collective Agreement, and other legal documents issued by higher governing authorities.
Core Functions:
- Developing the company’s organizational structure, staffing table, and human resource policies; training and onboarding employees.
- Addressing employees’ health and social issues; ensuring compliance with laws and regulations; organizing the company’s information dissemination and public relations activities; promoting occupational health and hygiene culture within the organization; resolving all matters related to labor and social relations within the legal framework.
- Ensuring the implementation of laws and regulations, orders of the Executive Director, and assigned tasks and directives.
