FINANCE AND SALES DEPARTMENT

The Finance and Sales Department operates with a total staff of 34 positions. It is responsible for conducting the company’s financial operations in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), preparing complete accounting documentation, ensuring the achievement of targeted performance levels, collecting and settling customer receivables and payables, properly organizing activities to centralize sales revenue, exercising ongoing control over assets and their sources, the financial efficiency of production, works and services, cash inflows and outflows, as well as the preservation, protection, and utilization of property.

The department uses the financial software “Noyon Program” and maintains ongoing collaboration with “Ritus” LLC to improve financial reporting.

The department’s team performs daily tasks as defined in their job descriptions, executes targeted assignments, and fulfills directives and tasks issued by the company’s Executive Management in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements and balance sheets within legal deadlines and submitting them to the Board of Directors, Ministry of Finance, General Department of Taxation, Energy Regulatory Commission, Ministry of Energy, Financial Regulatory Commission, and other relevant authorities, as well as entering reports online.
  • Submitting monthly reports on payables, receivables, and sales by the 5th of each month to the Ministry of Energy and the Energy Regulatory Commission.
  • Preparing and entering corporate income tax (CIT), value-added tax (VAT), personal income tax (PIT), immovable property tax, land tax, gun tax, air pollution tax, and vehicle tax returns electronically.
  • Submitting social insurance contribution reports to the Social Insurance Office by the 5th of the following month, and reconciling balances of payables and receivables.
  • To reduce operational expenses, enhancing control starting from the “Order Form,” and strictly adhering to procedures for receiving, expending, storing, and inventorying goods and materials.

The Contract and Sales Section is a subunit of the Finance and Sales Department, operating with 27 staff members in the following positions:

  • Section Head

  • Sales Contract Specialist
  • Sales Operator
  • Revenue Inspector
  • Cashier

The Contract and Sales Section of the Finance and Sales Department is responsible for concluding economic contracts for the supply of district heating energy (DHE) to consumers in accordance with laws, regulations, and procedures; accurately calculating and planning consumption metering indicators to generate revenue; ensuring contract fulfillment; centralizing sales revenue from distributed energy in the shortest possible time; resolving consumer debts through court procedures; monitoring district heating energy consumption; and eliminating identified violations.
